Return and refund policy
How do I make a return?
In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 100-day trial period for a mattress or the 30-day trial period for any accessory or furniture item.
Mattress Return Policy
We are confident that you’ll love BedStory mattress but if you don’t, let our team know within your 100-night trial window and we’ll help you initiate a return. We recommend that you try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body have a ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. If you’re still not happy after that, you can initiate a return.
Topper, pillow&Furniture Return Policy
We hope you love our bedroom accessories as much as we do. If you decide to return your pillows, mattress topper, bed frame or another BedStory accessory, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.
What is your returns policy?
The shipping fee for return is free. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send an notify email to you. We will be also notify to you about the approval or rejection your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
