Do I need to pay for the shipping?
When can I expect to receive my BedStory products?
To streamline production, different products may ship from different facilities, meaning multi-product shipments may not always arrive together.
Once your product ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
And the products you order will be sent from our warehouse.

What if I don't receive the package?
We offer delivery tracking information to our customers, so customers can track the transit status online.
1st, please check the tracking link we provided to make sure your package is not in transit
You have not received your package and five days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner. Note: We may require you to first contact us and either wait for a response or for 48 hours before you are eligible to request a refund.

How do I track my order?
Shopping on BedStory are easy & safe. When you buy the products on BedStory, you will receive the tracking details after 1-3 days. To track your order, you can simply locate your shipping emaill and click on the tracking number.
