How long is the warranty of this mattress?

Does this mattress work with adjustable beds ?

Yes, all our mattress sold present can compatible with adjustable bed frames, including the 12inch Queen size mattress. It's because all our mattress is compressed, rolled and vacuum sealed package, thus the mattress can be bend and used in adjustable bed frames. Hope this answer is helpful to you. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long can this remain compressed in the box? I won't need it for 4 months.

Thank you for interesting in BedStory, we do not suggest you to put it away compressed for 4 month, although there are customers open and use the mattress after 6 month even 1 year, but the recovery speed will be very slower, so there will still be some impact on the rebound. In terms of the properties of spring, the spring will gradually lose its elasticity when the spring is pressed for a long time.

This gel hybrid mattress offers much comfortable support by encased coils in it, and the gel memory foam mattress bamboo charcoal infused model offer comfortable support by high density foam. These two kinds of mattresses both can offer people different comfort feeling when sleep on it. Which one depends on which one you were used to before and which one you like more.

Does this mattress require a metal "box spring" instead of a wooden one? Will it mold without ventilation underneath it?

The mattress can work without ventilation underneath it on condition that the place you put the bed on is absolutely dry.

This mattress so far has been great. Matter of opinion on how firm or soft. husband thinks it is firm and I believe it is soft. But we both agree it is very comfortable. So the description of medium firm is a very good description.

Awesome deal!

Absolutely love the mattress, it’s quality, and the comfort cannot be beat. I’ll never buy a mattress any other way. The only reason I took one star off was because it was rolled the opposite way when sealed... and then I had to flip it by myself.

As Good As More Expensive Mattresses

I’ve had this mattress for a few months now after buying it for my guest room. It’s as good as my own mattress, for which I spent a lot more!!! A month-long houseguest raved about it. First time purchase of a boxed mattress. The quality & comfort are better than expected. The mattress came to full expansion pretty quick (12 hours). The comfort is firm but soft, you don’t feel like your sleeping on a board.
