Very comfy and great price too

I was moving temporarily for a job and needed to buy a comfortable mattress for my rental. I am very picky when it comes to comfort as I easily wake up with a sore back. After all my research on cool gels and memory foam materials I was convinced that Latex is a better product and coupled with springs the comfort is supported by something more solid. The reviews helped as well to pick this product not to mention that it shipped in a box that I was able to handle. The mattress arrived just in time, after 2 days I already slept on it and it felt very similar to an expensive 14 + inch mattress that we use at my permanent home. It has been over a month now and I don't ever wake up with a sore back. I feel comfortable, it is soft but not too soft and it supports my back. It feels like our medium firm mattress that I like. There is no odor, I have the mattress in a protective waterproof cover and also bough a nice plush mattress cover. Obviously I like to protect my mattresses. Hopefully, I will have the same great review in a year of this mattress.

I doubt no longer

We ordered a couple for our young boys, didn't want to spend a lot but didn't want junk either. They sleep like the dead now on their new mattresses. I snuck in a nights sleep while they were at a friends overnite and I slept like the dead too. So...we ordered another one. Now, I am ordering another because my wife slept on it and was wow'ed as well. We ordered a med firm which is soft and conforming on the pillow top but the firmness keeps you from sinking in. If it sags in the future I will update but for now we ALL are perfectly happy with these mattresses.

Firm but very comfortable

This bed is awesome. It's well worth the price, and overall it's extremely comfortable. I'm going to recommend my mom purchase one. WAY better value than the kind you'd get at the store, and it's basically the same thing.
I didn't notice any smell when we opened it up, but we did still let it air out and inflate for 3 days before using. (Whoever complains about the smell must have a very very sensitive sniffer)

I am prone to lower back problems so I want a firm mattress! This is just right, it is very firm but not hard. I also have fibromyalgia, mostly asymptomatic at this point in my life, so I also need cushioning support to get a good night's sleep. Love it love it love it.

Overall, it's a great purchase and I'm glad I got it. I did a ton research before buying and I'm glad I found this product.

"The packaging and virtually everything is five stars. The height varies depending which section is measured. Eight inches to just over nine inches in height. The construction seems to be as good as mattresses costing possibly five times as much? The comfort is equal to anything slept on in the past. Totally different feel. For this person, it is superior because there is no feeling. You lie or sit on it and it is just there. It may be, imagination but I seem to experience sleep quality that is better and longer. My hair tells me I toss and turn very few times. It is isn't firm or soft. Just there. I wont comment on sitting on the side of the bed with feet on the floor. It would be unreasonable to expect to have the same characteristics as a non expanding mattress with steel to hold it up. It is better to not sit on the side of any bed mattress. The instructions mention odor but none with mine. The mattress is not visible but if it were I find it attractive.
Not having the separate box spring allows for the high frame, the mattress sits on. It allows for a lot more storage underneath while having the bed lower. Both are plusses. My purchase was based upon hundreds of reviews. None of the positive reviews meant much because Amazon puts reviews with the wrong model. A twin, full, queen, king, California king are each different but there is no discipline for reviewers to state exactly what he or she is reviewing? My thinking is inclined towards feeling the mattress is an outstanding value, based upon two things. I worked in polyethylene foam extrusion. In that instance height quality control was feasible. Bed Story explained that their long term experience is the height is expected but not conducive to long term comfort or durability.
Two months of use has been two months of quality."
