The product was just as described, no surprises
I really like the mattress, it is really comfortable, and my back does not hurt in the morning. The only issue I had was getting it out of the box and opening the plastic quickly as it started to expand right away. It was a little difficult for one person to get it set up but that was my only problem with it. I would definitely recommend this mattress.
Our mattress was getting up in years so I figured I would go ahead and replace it while I was replacing my broken frame. This comes in a decently tiny box for a queen mattress (it is quite heavy though I had to use a dolly to move it). Opening it was a cinch it said not to use a box cutter to get the cardboard off but if you go by the edge where cardboard meets cardboard you should be fine. Pro tip before you open it make sure to put it on your frame or wherever you want it that just makes positioning it easier. The box said to wait 48 - 72 hours for it to get unfurled but I let it go for about 14 and it felt fine to me. As for the sleeping experience I like it, it is a bit firmer than what I'm used to but I have noticed when I wake up I don't feel achy like I did with our softer mattress. For the convenience of this in-a-box and the comfort it provides, I would highly recommend this mattress.
Would buy something better quality
It’s comfortable for the first month. And then it just gets worse as time goes on! You move and hear springs pop. The bed is shorter than a typical Queen slat frame so it constantly has to be pulled out of the last slat. Did not expand to full capacity.
It is soft and comfortable, but somewhat too soft. I can't sleep on my side anymore because it hurts my back. However, when I sleep on my back, it's the beat sleep I have had in a long time.
This mattress falls into the sweet spot of supportive and comfy. I fall asleep quickly and sleep comfortably all night. I wake up without any soreness or stiffness. Get a pillow that aligns your cervical spine and you’ll be in sleep heaven.

Extremely comfortable
We absolutely love this mattress. It's the perfect size for us as we wanted to replace our previous one. It is very heavy I will say, and my husband needed help with it. It's nice and thick. We have no complaints at all this far. The price is not bad for the quality of this mattress, and will be buying other sizes for our kids when they need to have theirs replaced.
Suggestion: Please measure the area of the room you have prior to ordering your desired size to make sure you have plenty of room.
