Besides being beautiful, this is certainly the most comfortable mattress I've ever had.

After opening this mattress I wasn't sure about it, it felt like it would be too firm, and i wasnt sure if it would be as thick as it said, but it's actually one of the most comfortable mattress I've had and it really is 12 inches, I sleep so much better now
If you like a semi firm mattress, then this is the mattress for you. I, myself, actually prefer something a bit softer. I am not TOTALLY disappointed. I am planning on purchasing a 4" mattress topper for this mattress and hopefully this would make my nights softer and better.
I was very impressed with the quality of the product. It has a comfortable feel, and the cover is very nice. I am using daily and very happy with my purchase. It seems firmer than other products I’ve used which is what I was looking for. I am very pleased with this foam topper.
Its not firm at all. Its soft and luxurious. It is heavy and in full size needs to peope to move it around. Its a great value!
Made a big difference in a senior life
I have a friend who is 65 and has been sleeping on the same mattress her entire adult life. I have a key to her house so I got her out the house and my sons took this over her house and set it up. Got rid of the old mattress so she wouldn't notice. The next morning she called me after midday to say she had just woken up and its the best sleep she has had in years. She has had it for a week now and she says most of the aches and pain she was feeling is almost gone. She is loving her new mattress and I'm so happy I was able to do this for her.

This mattress is delivered rolled up (springs and all), and vacuum sealed.
When we unrolled it and cut the seal it started to take form right away.
48 hours later this mattress looks like it came out of a showroom.
Never heard of bedstory mattresses before ordering this, but would not hesitate moving forward ordering another.
I upgraded my 10 year old spring mattress to this one. The difference was significant and this mattress felt some much softer and more comfortable. It also doesn’t make sound even when I jump on it. The gel combo is nice. My body sinks a little bit in it but it’s evenly supported. I got the 12” queen size and the thickness helps. My old one was 8”.
The mattress came rolled up compressed in a box. It did take a few days to fully expand to max size. It just gets more plumped after each day. The mattress did not have any smell. It was one of the concern I had since I have a bad experience before. This one seems fine so I sleep on it the very first day.
I checked the seams for loose threads but didn’t find any. It seems to be well made. The layered combo with gel felt so much nicer than my spring mattress. My body would sink a little and it molds to the shape. But it’s evenly supported and felt comfortable. Overall a really nice comfy mattress. Wish I had upgraded sooner.

Mattress is very comfortable. I can sleep a lot better than before and it makes it easier to sleep. I recommend this a lot as it helps me feel better.
