Top Quality / Very Comfortable / Zero Damage on Arrival
I have always had traditional mattresses and was worried this would not be both supportive and comfortable. I chose this particular mattress because it was 12" thick and medium firm with a pillow top.
The mattress arrived with zero damage and set up quickly. I let it expand for 48 hours and it opened fully.
It felt a bit strange the first night, but I fell asleep quickly. After having it for 3 months it was absolutely a great purchase. Surprisingly it is firm with a very soft pillow top giving great support and comfort. I would definitely recommend this mattress to others.
I have only laid on it a few times but my adult son and his girl said it’s unbelievably comfortable!!
Very happy with the product and letting it sit open for a whole day really helps and don’t sit on it during the time it needs time to expand!

Totally amazing the way this mattress is so compact and then expands in no time. We bought it for the RV and so comfy compared to what we had. Better sleep .. better life!!! Very satisfied with the price.
I like this mattress. It’s comfy and VERY thick. I feel like it has a sunken middle however from where it was folded. It’s very subtle - a princess and the pea situation - so it doesn’t disturb my sleep but I do feel like I roll into it a little. I just feel like the two sides of the mattress are a little more firm than the middle. If you’re a couple, you probably wouldn’t ever notice, but I sleep solo and like a starfish right down the middle so I do notice the little indentation. When I had a thinner mail-order mattress, I did not notice this so in hindsight, I think the thinner mattress might have (counterintuitively) been a slightly better choice for me. Overall this is a great mattress - I look forward to getting into my huge cocoon every night - but it’s not quite perfection.
Fits the bed perfectly and is extremely comfortable.
Delivery was prompt and the quality of the item is very good.
I also like the color. I use white sheets, and the color of the topper tends to show through. Since this is a nice grey and all one color, it doesn't make the sheets look weird.
I purchased an adjustable split king ghost bed 6 weeks ago. My husband and I like the bed but found it a little too firm if you sleep on your side. Since our bed is a split king I purchased the 2-inch thick king size and simply cut it down the middle. It cost a little less than buying 2 twin size toppers would have. The topper adds just enough softness to relieve pressure points when sleeping on my side. I'm still able to move freely on the bed without having that sucked-in feeling that some foam toppers have. It has made our bed so comfy now. If you are ready for sleeping soundly this is the mattress topper for you.

Best foam topper I've ever had
This foam topper is a bit more firm than the ones I've had in the past, and that has made a huge difference! It's still soft enough to be super comfortable, but it gives such great support, too.
It's also much cooler than toppers I've had in the past, which is exactly why I bought it, hoping I could stop feeling so hot at night. It worked!

Cant handle med or even FIRM beds. Extra firm is what I was looking for and got!!! Great prices too!!
We had our previous mattress topper for 10 years and it's been needing to be replaced for a couple of years now. I had no idea that in general, 3 to 5 years is all that's expected out of them.
My search led me to this BedStory topper. I liked all the specs - especially the corner straps, as our old topper would move and creep down the bed and needed to be moved back up maybe twice a week.
When the topper arrived, it just happened that we were going on a week-long trip, so it was the perfect time to leave it out on the bed to expand. When we arrived back home after our trip, it looked and felt perfect. After a few days of using it, we're very happy. It is firm (for me). It may be too firm for others or just right depending on preference.
In any case, we're very happy with the price, the quality, and everything about it at this point.
Had an old mattress with a slump in the middle, which fixes this issue, and no longer slumps, great back support.
