Not really firm. Has a lot of give, but comfy enough for the price to get me by until I buy a new mattress after the next move!

I’ve had it for less than a week so will update if things decline. So far so good. Foam rebounds in about 10seconds. Product as described.
Product was shipped rolled up and we cannot get the center crease to lie flat. Foam is very hard and it slides to one side of the bed.
Not comfortable for myself I recommend it for a large tall person because these pillows in king size are BIG!!! Very high and not comfortable for my neck. I sent them back. I wasn’t comfortable during the night using this size. Very fluffy

This is a nice pillow but it's not as soft as I expected. It still is comfortable but I had to break it in a couple of nights.
This mattress topper is simply awesome. I bought a new mattress that was harder than I wanted. This changed the bed to a comfortable one. Sleep is so much better. Great value.
Extremely comfortable
Having struggled for quite some time to get a restful night's sleep, I was unsure whether to buy a new mattress or try a thick mattress cover. I opted for the least expensive, to find out whether or not that would help my bad back. I ordered your 3" thick Memory Foam Mattress Topper. It arrived inside a lovely encased cover (with zipper) and laid into place over my mattress very easily. I would highly recommend this mattress cover to anyone unhappy with their current mattress.
