Orthopedic pillows have been created for this purpose. They differ from the usual ones in their special ergonomic shape and provide an optimal position of the head and neck.

During sleep, the head should lie comfortably on the pillow and not roll, so it is important to choose the right size of the product. The model should not be too large or small.

Genuine comfort & quality made

First time I've purchased a cervical pillow and I'm pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it is. It does indeed remain cool which is very important to me as I tend to "run hot". The foam is made of quality material that seems like it will last, unlike more fragile or easily flattened pillows. The cover is very well made, unlike other bamboo viscose covers. Most importantly I do believe it's helping the severe neck pain that originally spurred me on to buy it.

The Pillow We’ve All Been Looking For

We literally noticed the first day after sleeping on them that we both finally rested well. So soft and yet supportive and really good quality for the price. We both have been complaining about neck and back issues from sleep for months and this pillow was the perfect solution for us.
