I. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of your request.

II. Can I exchange for a different model instead?

Yes, we can help you find the right fit and assist with an exchange. To request an exchange, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will guide you through the available options based on product availability and your original purchase.

Please note that if there is a price difference between the original item and the new selection, the balance will either be charged or refunded accordingly.

III. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return is confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method.

IV. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Mattress returns within the trial period are free of charge. For other items, shipping costs may apply depending on the product type and return reason.

V. Is there a limit to how many times I can use the sleep trial?

To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers, our sleep trial is generally limited to one return or exchange per customer, household, or shipping address.

VI. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale or clearance items, gift cards, and customized or made-to-order products.

VII. Can a return be rejected or partially refunded?

In certain cases, returns may be subject to partial refunds or may not be accepted if the product shows signs of excessive wear, damage, staining, or misuse beyond normal trial use.

We cannot accept returns for items shipped to PO Box addresses. Please ensure a physical address is used.

Products must be in good condition and used with a mattress protector.
