BedStory 12 Inch Deep Sleep Mattress | Extra Lumbar Support & Motion Isolation

This is my second mattress that I purchased from this seller because it's extremely comfortable. The mattress is semi-firm and keeps its shape. Also, the edges don't cave in when you sit down on them either. Worth the buy!

There was no chemical or off-gassing smell when I unpacked the mattress and allowed it to expand for a few days (that was important for us).
Customer support was incredibly responsive and promptly offered compensation for some slight handling damage to the mattress cover. It was such a relief to offer that as opposed to having to repack and return the mattress or end up not being very happy with the purchase (it is likely something we can patch to prevent from expanding)

This is a very well made mattress!! You would pay much more for it at a retail high-end furniture store. It is dense and heavy, but not difficult to make the bed. The straps on the sides of the mattress really help maneuver the mattress when making the bed. Full size fits my platform metal bed tightly from side to side and end to end.
The bed has a significant amount of inner springs: more than most. I expect this mattress to last at least 20 years.
12” seems to be the sweet spot in finding sheets that fit. And because of the Euro top, no expensive memory foam topper is needed.

My daughter already purchased this mattress in Queen after seeing mine.
It comes in a box all rolled up to keep it clean. When you place the roll on your platform bed ( no box spring needed), you carefully cut one layer of plastic and then the second layer It just expands so fast and is fun to watch.
I did not notice any odor at all. Customer Service is great if you have any issues. Edge support is noticeably strong.
The first night I slept on the new bed I missed 15 phone calls and was late to work!
I would stop looking and purchase this mattress.

First of all kudos to this company for getting this bed wayyyy earlier than its intended time. To me that says under promise, then over deliver- something more companies need to go by.
The bed is a a true 14”, and I almost bust a tear when I saw it in the house after work. Our previous bed was a king size all foam and boy, was it a nightmare to sleep on after 2 years. It became permanently dented, lumpy and painful to sleep on. So hybrid it is!
Back to this mattress.
It sits up high, and has layers of foam and individually wrapped coils which makes for a very quiet sleep - at least for now.
It’s only been one night and my hip pain has definitely improved. I still can’t sleep on my back, but I have a very deep arch in my back so that’s not the beds fault, it’s anatomy.
The bed is definitely medium. It’s not firm but it’s not plush it’s definitely going to give you some bounce back, which reads as support for my body. I’m 5’7 and my husband is 6 feet. I’m slightly heavier than him with all the curves and he’s muscular, but thin. So he can pretty much sleep on anything, anywhere. Where as I need support and comfort. This mattress offers that.

No there was no smell. I’m very sensitive to smell so I would’ve said that first if there was.

I will come back in 6 months with an update. They don’t make mattresses like they used to, hell, they don’t make anything like they used to. So let me wear it in a little bit, and I’ll come back and update my review.

But right now? 100% buy it. I slept very good on night one. Woke up with none of the usual pain.

Yes it’s heavy. So you might need a little help unloading this thing. Just a heads up. I felt bad for the delivery guy- a little.

They handled a problem that was out of their control. Customer service was amazing. That’s rare these days. Bed was 14 inches like it was supposed to be. Very comfortable. The perfect combination for my husband and me. I need firm, he needs soft. We are both happy. I will be ordering more mattresses from them
