How do I start a return?
To initiate a return for BedStory products, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details. We are pleased to facilitate the return process if our products do not meet your expectations. Please note that for any accessory or furniture item, you must reach out to us within a 30-day trial period to initiate the return. We guarantee a response within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Mattress Return Policy
We have every confidence that you will thoroughly enjoy your BedStory mattress. However, in the event that it fails to meet your expectations, kindly notify our team within your 30-night trial window, and we will be happy to assist you in initiating a return. We strongly recommend that you test your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights, starting from the day it was delivered. This extended period ensures that your body has ample time to adjust to the new mattress's feel. Should you still be dissatisfied after this period, you can initiate the return process.
Topper, pillow & Furniture Return Policy
We trust that you will derive as much satisfaction from our bedroom accessories as we do. However, in the event that you decide to return your pillows, mattress topper, bed frame, or any other BedStory accessory, we offer a complimentary return service within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all accessory items are returned in a clean and undamaged condition, as charges may apply for any products that are destroyed or damaged.
What is your returns policy?
There is no charge for the return shipping fee. It is important to note that in certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you a notification email.
You will be subsequently notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
