Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers about discounts, returns, shipping timelines, and more—so you can shop with total confidence.
Are all mattresses and toppers included in the Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale?
Not all products are included. Our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale features select mattresses and mattress toppers with savings of up to 60% OFF. Check each eligible product page for specific discounts and promotional offers
Which BedStory mattress or topper is right for me?
If you prefer firmer support, explore our SpineAlign Firm Collection. For a cooler sleep experience with pressure relief, check out our Cooling Collection. Mattress toppers are a great way to refresh your current bed without replacing the entire mattress.
Should I choose a mattress or a mattress topper?
Choose a new mattress if your current bed feels worn, sagging, or no longer provides enough support. A mattress topper is a convenient way to upgrade your existing bed with extra firmness, pressure relief, or cooling comfort without replacing the entire mattress.
How long will the Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale last?
Our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale is available for a limited time only! Check the countdown timer on our website to see when the deals end. Don't miss out on these exclusive savings!
Are gift cards included with Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale purchases?
Select mattress bundles may include a complimentary Visa gift card during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale. Please check the product page or promotional banner for details on eligible offers.
Will sold-out items be restocked before the Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale ends?
Popular mattress sizes may sell out quickly during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale. While we restock regularly, availability isn't guaranteed. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred size at the promotional price.
Is the 365-night sleep trial still valid for sale items?
Yes — all BedStory mattresses, including these on sale, come with our 365-night home trial and worry-free return policy.
When does the 365-night sleep trial begin?
The 365-night sleep trial begins on the date your mattress is delivered, giving you time to experience its comfort and support at home.
How do I start a return or exchange during the trial?
Contact BedStory customer support with your order number and a brief description of your request. The support team will review your order and guide you through the available return or exchange options.
Can I combine the sale with other discounts or promo codes?
Only one discount or promo code may be used per order. However, sale items still qualify for eligible gift card offers and financing options.
Do sale items qualify for free shipping?
Absolutely. All of our mattresses — discounted or not — include free shipping within the continental U.S.
