I bought this mattress because I needed something firm (around a level 7 in firmness). The first night was very disappointing — it felt soft and saggy, and I even thought about returning it. I was frustrated and left a negative review because it didn’t seem to match what I expected. However, after giving it the recommended 72 hours to fully expand, the mattress completely changed. It became much firmer and supportive, exactly what I was looking for. Now I sleep very well on it, and I’m glad I decided to keep it. My advice to anyone buying this mattress: make sure to wait the full 72 hours before deciding. At first, it may feel too soft, but once it has time to settle, it reaches the firmness level advertised.
