How to unbox the mattress topper?
Unbox is simple. Just 4 steps. Here are the instructions:
① Clear your bedroom floor and ensure a clean, flat surface near your bed for unboxing.
② Use the small plastic cutter provided to cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and unroll it.
③ Let the topper expand on the bed. Please note, do not sleep on it or cover it with sheets yet. Allow the topper to expand for 48-72 hours. After it has fully expanded, pull the non-slip elastic straps around the corners of your mattress to secure it in place.
④ Cover a bed sheet and enjoy it.
How long does it take to fully expand?
The topper comes in a vacuum‑compressed box. Please wait 24‑48 hours for full expansion after unboxing. For best results, keep the room temperature at least 75°F during this process.
What to do if the topper doesn't fully bounce?
For lumpy foam, please use a hairdryer on flat areas. The heat helps it bounce back faster.
